The manicure and pedicure are very good. But the store could use some sprucing up. Just looks messy. And can't say how sanitized the tools are. I like clean, clean, clean. Areas in the store not used are not neat and clean. Leftover lunch on a plate was sitting on top of an unused station. I will search for an alternate spot.
Horrible customer service, filthy and they have CHILDREN working! Never again. Please don't go there. I got an infection from the dirty tools.
PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING! This is the NASTIEST nail salon I've ever been in my entire life! They are EXTREMELY unsanitary . I am so concerned for their clientele and myself. The overall place is filthy and full of dust . Everything is so filthy like it hasn't been wiped in MONTHS! After they use the tools they do not clean them. They throw them directly in the bin and reuse files as well! They don't even DRY the stone after using it and put it in the basket wet! So not only are they dirty, they are wet and GROUNDS for fungi and infections. I unfortunately noticed this after I was already getting and gotten service while waiting for someone else to get done. We IMMEDIATELY sprayed our feet with alcohol and washed our feet when we got home. I pray that we do not have an INFECTION! PLEASE the tools are reused and not cleaned, as well as the tubes are not cleaned and they only use a bag to make you think that it is. I was there during closing and not ONE thing was wiped after everyone left.
I have always had dry and callused feet, and tried using a home system to keep my feet smooth, but didn't seem to do a good job. Several years ago I followed my wife to LIly's for professional help. I've been going back once per month and love it. Thanks Lily.
Not only were we there at least two hours but the people working on our nails kept leaving us to go work on other peoples nails. I never saw them open brand new tools and literally for two pedicures with gel polish and just removing polish from my hands and a simple mani without polish and my friend got dip nails it was $220. I have never been charged that much for mediocre nails and having them work on other people at the same time. I only went in there because I was close by and I will never go back again. I will never betray my nail place again. Zero stars if I could.
