Bombay Salon & Spa in Southaven, MS

I went to this location twice in two days. I only like a specific person doing my eyebrows because the arches in my eyebrows are different and only one person knows how to do them. The first day I went they told me it would be a two hour wait and I proceeded to say never mind but later went back in to see if I could make an appointment for today. The lady told me I didn't have to make an appointment and that I could come back tomorrow and be just fine. So I go back today and the lady I want is in the middle of doing hair and the wait is another hour and a half after I've already proceeded to wait 40 minutes before even being called. Then, they proceed to ask me if I want to make an appointment...LIKE NO BECAUSE WHEN I TRIED TO YOU GUYS DIDNT WANT TO MAKE THE APPOINTMENT!!!!!! I will not be back.

Just visited around 1130 today. They were not busy and I was able to get in and out. However, the young lady that did my eyebrows did not do a good job and was being distracted by another employee the whole time she was doing my brows. They were looking at some videos and laughing while she was doing my service. My eyebrows are very uneven and I am not pleased. I will not be back.

I've gone here 2 or 3 times before and they do a really good job! However, this time they were very unapproachable & alittle rude when I came in the door. It was about 12pm so I know they weren't annoyed by me coming too late. Just annoyed they had a customer? Anyway, when I sat in the chair I asked for a wax. I get wax every time except for cleaning up with thread afterwards. I'm guessing that she didn't check to see if the wax was WAYY to hot for my skin, because it hurt me immediately. The picture below is my eyebrows day 2. My feeings are mostly hurt because you expect to feel pretty after leaving a place like this! Will not be returning.

Went to style hair. Was overcharged. I could have done better doing it myself. And the girl took forever to style it. Never going back!

I was really looking forward to a relaxing facial. My appointment was at 10:30 and I arrived on time. Unfortunately as soon as I got there they were not ready for me apparently. At about 10:46I was ushered to the back and was asked to remove my top and put on a robe. The young lady left and never returned after five minutes I put my top back on and walked out. I wasted damn near half hour. I will never return here!
