It took everything in me to not write this review, but you need to know what you may be in for.
I've been going to this nails shop for about 6mths & I've never been completely pleased with the pedicures but I've had worse. So the last straw was just recently meaning yesterday, I got my nails done 2 tip w/dip & the rest of my nails dip only. Today my nails that had tips on them were lifting and 2 of my nails were chipping. I go to the nail shop get them to fix it and 30min after I leave another nail chips and about 2 hours after that another nail chips. So altogether only 4 of my nails have lasted for 24 hours. The girl that did my nails was one of the younger girls, & she was so busy talking that is took her over 2hrs to do my nails NEVR AGAIN!
If you go here let Kelly do your nails, her work is great and your nails will last with her. Anybody else it's a no go especially the young girls. Good luck!
Company is now Andy's nails. The owner very friendly so I hate writing this review. But the girl, maybe right out of high school, that did my friend's pedicure was absolutely horrible: didn't trim the nails or cuticles and as you could see in the picture the paint job was ridiculous. As far as mine, not at terrible but a very poor job. We were going to get manicures as well but thought we should have the money and go to another place. Will not be returning.
I have gone here for years. 3 months ago Ms. BEA, retired. The owner she sold it too apparently did not do a good job! The 3rd owner Andrew, took over today. He is very personable, friendly and over all, a hands on owner. He is cleaning up the place, and said in about 3 weeks, he will be up to his standards. Also offered complimentary glass of wine. He wants to stand out from all other salons. Give them a try. My first experience with them was good.
I wish I could give them zero stars. I shouldn't have to tell you how to clean up my cuticles. I mean isn't that standard on a mani/pedi. Do not waste your time or money. I wish I read the reviews prior to coming.
Horrible. We called to confirm they could do 2 pedicures. Waited in chair 30 min. Then he started on my wife's. After sitting in chair over an hour I decided to leave. Picked up wife. She said he did a terrible pedicure. No scraping. Just a nail polish. And he charged her $10 for me sitting there. And illegally charged $1 for debit card.
