LUXURY NAILS & SPA in Gainesville, FL

Recently tried out Luxury Nails & Spa. At first, it seemed promising with the accommodating service. However, if you want nails that will last DO NOT GO HERE!! They are either trying to save time or product, or both! My nails were poorly shaped and did not have polish on some of the edges (sides and tips of my nails). I got a dip powder manicure, and after one day it chipped. I will not be back to this nail salon & I recommend everyone AVOID THIS PLACE! There are plenty of nail salons near Butler plaza area with better prices and service.

I had the worst experience here I was taking my daughter for her first time ever getting her nails done. She's 15 we were seeing the Taylor swift movie it was a special thing instantly they rushed and separated us even though I asked them not to .. the place was dirty everywhere I looked They didn't even have us wash our hands we gave them pics of the nails we wanted very simple small hearts ... they messed up the shape and the hearts were huge and looked like a five year old did them. I was horrified then my nails would not come off. It took over a month. One of my nails i lost half the real nail. They charged me more than originally quoted. This place robbed me of money .... Cost me pain and also ruined a supposed to be epic memory for me and my 15 year old I highly recommend shutting this place down also had my eyebrows done and they did the exact opposite of what I asked I wanted them long and not to thin they were short and thin !!!!!!!! I will never go back they shouldn't even be in business!!!! 0 out of 5.

Kevin did an awesome job! Nice, clean atmosphere and pleasant staff! I'll be back... They had to take some acrylics off first and did this with damaging my nail bed!

I hate to do this but in the name of safety I feel it necessary. I decided to give them a second try after my first experience didn't go well. Unfortunately now I have second degree burns on my face from my eyebrow wax. I called to notify them and was asked the name of the waxer repeatedly after I explained that I wasn't trying to get anyone in trouble, I just wanted to make them aware their wax pot was turned up too high.

I went into the nail salon to get a manicure. I'm a guy, so it's a quick and easy process of trimming, filing, and buffing. My nails were trimmed and filed unevenly. I yawned two times while I was in the salon. The nail technician proceeded to say I had no manners and needed to cover my mouth in Vietnamese. Crazy because I can't use either hands when getting a manicure. Oh, and I'm Vietnamese! Lo and behold, they say watch what you're saying, I think he's Vietnamese. I've been here 4 times and 2 out of the 4 they have talked rudely about me in Vietnamese. I don't recommend wasting your time here. Prices are stupidly expensive to have someone talk crap about you in another language and a poor job. Lina or whatever your name is, you need to learn some manners. Don't waste your time here, go to Swan Nails across the street.
