Scheduled an appt for a classic pedicure. The technician was careless and did not do a good job. My feet still have callouses everywhere and it does not look like anything was done. Disappointed in the service. Was in and out within 15 mins and will not be returning

Amazing Nail Spa!! Nail techs are so talented and pay such close attention to detail. Clean place and friendly staff. I've only been a couple times, but definitely will be coming back. So far, I have had both Jolie and Mindy as nail techs and they've both done amazing jobs! Hands down best nail place in Gainesville. :)

This place is awful I waited til I had been a couple of times to make a review because I did not want to blast them on one or two bad experiences. Yesterday I made an appointment with Linh for 1:30PM, got there and she was with another client. The person at the desk asked if it was okay if someone else helped me, I said I guess. DO NOT LET JOLIE DO YOUR NAILS. I (by the way) have a private nail tech who I usually use who does gel builder. Jolie did my gel builder (while gossiping the whole time and talking crap to her friend). I nicely told Jolie I need her to do my nails a little thicker because that's what works for me... Jolie did my nails so thin that before I even left they were lifting. Not only were they lifting but she literally NOTICED THEY WERE LIFTING and started to GLUE THEM BACK ON WITH SUPER GLUE and then just painted over that!!! Not only is that ridiculous because she literally just did my nails and theyre obviously not sticking but it's also SO UNSANITARY. As soon as I got home my nails started popping off. I called them and they said it's fine they'll fix them I have a week warranty. Whatever. This evening after work I called and they told me they couldn't take me today... after a huge fight I talked them into taking me & they insisted Jolie do my nails again because that's how the warranty works. The whole time she argued with me telling me to do acrylics or gel x (because it takes less time and she wanted to leave) but claiming that they were the only ones that would stay on my nails. This isn't true builder gel is the strongest thing you can put on your nails and I've been getting it for years for this reason, she just did my nails wrong. While she was doing my nails she purposely cut down on my nail too close to the quick which caused it to visibly bleed and me to screech. She did not say sorry or anything, just continued to throw my hands around and roll her eyes. She also was not going to replace tips which she put on yesterday that were obviously falling off, leaving gaps, etc. I literally had to walk her through the whole thing while she groaned and talked crap about me in a different language. I see so many reviews of this place (and Jolie in particular) that are similar to mine, I'm not sure why management doesn't do something about it. *** PS *** beware that all the good reviews on here are because the salon gives customers a huge discount for leaving a 5 star review. This is illegal for a company to have customers do this for a discount without the reviewer disclosing that they had monetary gain or a discount for doing so.

Makes me wait for 30 mins even I have an appointment beforehand. Really really disappointed. And the nails are not good either (it's chunky). Don't recommend at all.

The worst nail experience I've ever had. Typically Anna does my nails and she does a wonderful job. She was unavailable and they put me with Mike. I showed him a pic of what I wanted and they looked nothing like that. Unfortunately I was already late for work and I did express that I was not satisfied in the follow up survey. I received a message and I called and was told that I could come back in and get them fixed. When I went back a young lady told me the receptionist didn't know what they were talking about and I had to pay again to get them polished. This place does not stand behind their word. $100 later and they still don't look good. I do not recommend this place and I definitely don't recommend Mike
