I went into the salon as a walk in initially planning on only getting a full set with gel polish for my birthday. My nail technician was Toan and I can honestly say it's the best experience I've had at a salon. He took his time but also moved at an experienced pace, made sure to check with me on what I liked and disliked and even encouraged me trying a ballerina tip style to start so I can transition to a stiletto shape next time if desired. (I was between two nail styles.) He not only made my vision come true but also gave me a wonderful experience during a pedicure that I decided on last minute. The attention to detail was impeccable, the vibe was immaculate, reasonable pricing and his sense of humor immediately put me at ease. Can't wait to come back for my next set. I already know who I'm requesting. (:
I went to Brandy and she did such an amazing job!! She was attentive to detail, took her time, and fixed something when I asked. This is my first time ever writing a review for anything. I appreciate the care she took and will be coming back! I did have an appointment and went on a Thursday morning so it was not busy.
I came to get my nails redone and I never wanna go anywhere else again. The process took awhile, more than it usually does when I get dip powder, but only because my stylist was so meticulous and made sure they looked amazing. I'm so happy with the result! Same with my eyebrows, I got them waxed here and they look amazing. Definitely recommend.
Not sure of the person's name but a man did my nails so that narrows it down a bit. I walked in around 1:45 pm and since they have tons of workers, he was able to do my nails immediately. Every other place I've gone to get my nails done before has cut up my hands, made me bleed and made my hands ache for a week after. Not here, he was very gentle while maintaining efficiency. He didn't make me bleed, which sadly is a selling point but it is. He shaped my nails perfectly and painted the design I wanted without me even having a good picture of an example to show him. this place is not good. they didn't let me pick the shape of my nails and they where very rough and had an attitude. my nails are so sore and i have a sore from them on my ring finger. none of the nails are the same shape or size. the lady walked away for about 15 mins to the back. not pleased.
