Lovely Nails in Gainesville, FL

The absolute worst nail experience. It took her 2 hours. (I had to tell her I don't have all night to sit here-it would've been longer if I didn't say something). They are awfully shaped and uneven. Do not waste your time or money.

I absolutely love this place!! Everyone is so very friendly and it is the most pleasant nail experience I have ever had. Full on massage chair, hand massage, foot massage. So so relaxing. I'm pregnant and my swollen feet loved this so so much. The nails always do come out lovely. The conversations were great too. Make sure to come here to this mom and pop that has been here for 17 years. Also, cheapest prices in Gainesville- hands down. Overall- amazing!!!

The worst manicure ever ! Just look ! Incredible Do not go to that place A man started to do the pedicure. He was "cleaning my nails and he was doing it so fast that he did not touch 3 out of 5 ‍ then I was requesting so much to do it right that a lady took over. And the result - after the pedicure- the manicure !!! See the pictures

I have been going here for years. I almost always have Trinh do my nails. She is patient and an artist, taking her time to do a fantastic job. I often get compliments on my nails from strangers. Because this is something of a family shop, it is best to make an appointment (although not necessary). I go to this shop because I can relax, read my book, enjoy the massage chair, and know that I will come out of the salon with beautiful nails and at a great price. The reason I did not give five stars is simply that while the shop is very clean, it is not as fancy as some in Gainesville. And I could not figure out how to give it a 4.5-star review. I would rather have clean and careful than glamorous myself.

I go to this place because it is near my house but every time I regret it. I always say this is the last time I come but I think after yesterday I know for sure they won't be getting my business. More people need to know how choppy their work is. One time my gel manicure only lasted 2 days and then started chipping off. This time I wanted to remove my acrylics but the lady was about to close (I got there at 2pm but she had to take care of two ladies when I arrived) and she decided to leave some of my acrylics because she wouldn't have time. She tried to smooth the left over acrylic and then began to do my gel nails. My nails look goopy and the picture I will attach doesn't do it justice. It is a bumpy surface when I touch my nails. I will try to go back and get them redone and will post an update. I have also gotten my eyebrows done and they always make them super thin like almost gone. I have gotten pedicures and don't recommend because of how unsanitary they are.
