I heard good things about this salon and always wanted to give it a shot. So I drove two hours here but the service was a complete letdown. The whole experience from beginning to end was unpleasant to say the least: dirty chairs, tools and we were rushed throughout the process of haircuts and dye. The place is really cramped and we were forced to change seats to make room for other customers many times. I paid $530 plus $20 tip for total of $550, which seems much higher than what others were paying for the same types of service (~$150). I would ok with that if everything turned out great. but I'm not happy with my hair and the process is painful The owner Anh Thao did my hair and she was always busy multitasking, yanking my hair hard, and I ended up with a bad headache at home. Definitely not a way to treat new customer, I thought I would be more pampered for paying nearly $600 And she doesn't even have the service price displayed at the time of this writing and was very vague about the cost, I feel absolutely cheated for a subpar, shady practice during my visit. I won't be back and I advise you to find somewhere else more ethical and professional than here.
