Anna is the best at manicures!!! She's always done my nails whenever I come out to visit and she never misses, she did an ombré dip powder on me and I LOVE THEM. My boyfriend loves this place too, I took him to get a mani pedi for the first time and he loved it. They're non judgmental and you'd feel comfortable here. Service 10/10 Staff 10/10 Cleanliness 10/10

I've been going to LiLi's for over 5 yrs now because they do such an amazing job with my gel manicure! I tried dip too, it was fabulous but I prefer gel. Color always lasts for at least two weeks. Sometime they file too short but on the flip side when ky nails grow out after two weeks they aren't horribly long.

I went to have my dip powder removed and they only removed about 80% of it. She told me I was all set and on my way I went. When I got home I realized how many little chunks of the dip powder were still all over my nails. I ended up buying acetone myself and removing it. It was a waste of my time and money.

Well, where do I begin? I came here long ago when a nail tech named Mimi worked here (she was the best). Then, she moved and I went to another salon. I stayed there for years until that tech left (yes, she did). So, I bounced around for a bit, trying to find a good nail tech that would understand and meet my needs. I have been getting a fill and regular pedicure for years. So, I decided to go back to this place and give them a try. I started with a nail tech named Finie, she was super sweet and did a great job on my nails. And, she moves, quits, or whatever happened to her, since they don't tell you. They just go silent and say that she is no longer working there. I was so disappointed, so I moved again to Lotus nail salon where I stayed for about 2yrs or so. Well, if you see my review on that one, you will know why I left there. So, I came back here and read reviews on Tiffany, so I went to her and she did a good job about 3x I had her, she then started being kind of rude, she excused every time that she was running late by telling me that she was short on staff. Well, why overbook? why not be honest with your clientele and instead of trying to scam clients and make them wait a long time, just be honest with yourself and say "I cant take anymore". I have always made appointments, and if I ever ran late or couldn't make it in, I would always be kind to let them know. Well, on Mother's day I called and made an appt. with her and asked for a reg Pedi/fill, what happens? she was way too busy, taking walki-ns and overbooked that she told me she didn't have time for my pedicure. I was livid! So, livid that I didn't tip her. She didn't deserve it, she was rude about the whole incident and asked me to come back another day. I was like "NO". Well, my dumb self decided to come back 1 day and try a tech named Anna, she is good, I won't take that away from her. So, I recently brought my daughter in with me the last few times, not only did they overprice her and me but they were rude as can be (this time both). We had made appts. in advance, so we not only had to wait on them while they took their time with the clients that were there before us but then as they finished our hands, they make us wait again because Anna needed to take her next appointment (as I had an appt. with her for Pedi/fill), then Tiffany went to take care of someone else's toes, as my daughter and I waited. We were waiting on them for a while, what was Tiffany's excuse again? they were short-staffed. Really? Again? it gets better, we finally go to the end and what do you think happens? they start talking crap about us, the one that did my toes NOT Anna, starts telling my daughter that she needs to be charged more, while Tiffany in the back is saying something different. Then, Anna tells me that because I went to a different nail salon prior to coming in, she had to charge me $5 extra to undo the fill that someone else had done! Are you serious? like for real? so their prices online aren't what they are charging you in person, they are also taking advantage of you if you let them. I was charged more this time for the same thing that I have gotten for a year or so now, Anna kept mentioning that I had gone to another place before I came back to see her. So what? My daughter's toes didn't match her hands, their nail polishes are dry as dry gets, they don't ever buy new colors, they don't make you feel welcome there, more like a burden and just a business. I don't know who the owner is or if I have ever seen her there, but I am hoping that she will respond to this email. I will never go back, Anna is good but she stood there and argued with me about going someplace else and charging me extra because of that and then arguing with my daughter about how she didn't make us wait, she completely switched on me in the middle of my appointment to take care of her next client. That is not how you run a business. Also, the excuse of them being short-staffed is gotten old. If you really are, then don't overbook. It is as simple as that! If I were you, I would look around for a much better place. I don't recommend this place at all.
