Worst salon I've ever visited. Nina is rude, condescending, and unprofessional. The hair cut is horrible.

I highly recommend Nina and am grateful I found a true professional hair stylist in Leesburg! Besides owning and operating the 5 star shop, she is also a 5 star stylist. Key factors behind my review: she has exceptional listening skills, excellent referrals, years of experience, real creativity, and a top notch professional approach. She took my very vague vision to the next level. I am tickled to see how my new style and color are holding for 4 to 6 weeks at a stretch. In this time when nothing seems to work in this world, I also want to note you can really count on the team at Salon 454. There is a real, trained, articulate person who answers the phone and she is a genius administrator. Appointments are on time. The shop has a laid back vibe, but make no mistake, this biz is a well-oiled operation. I feel totally confident in all the stylists there and I would not hesitate to schedule with someone else if Nina is busy. I was new to Leesburg and made the rounds trying one hair stylist after another. They all practiced the usual tactics: self-scheduling (which never worked well and caused appointment delays every time), watered-down color rinses (that require/force more frequent visits), cash payment (to avoid credit card fees), and highlights upsells every time (whether you want/need it or not). By far the best place. Attention to detail, professional and honest opinion, relaxing environment. First, it was just me coming, than my husband followed soon. We have loved how we looked walking out of here.

Poor management. Rude manager. No sympathy. These guys don't seem to understand that life happens and WILL charge you double the price if you miss even just one appointment or have to reschedule. They act like they are running a bank or something that's important. My family will not be returning there ever again after the treatment we received, and we will actively be recommending against them.
