Loving My Lashes Eyelash Boutique in Towson, MD

I've never had anything done to my lashes before, and I wanted to try something new and start with a lash lift and tint. I booked my appointment online, which was easy and convenient! I booked my appointment with Lanine and she was super sweet and did such a great job! She made sure I was comfortable and asked me if I had any questions for her. I would highly recommend getting your lashes done here! I posted my before and after photos! Thanks Lanine for the lash lift and tint! I will definitely be back!

My best friend who has been a loyal client since 2015 finally encouraged me to get my lashes done for the first time at "Loving My Lashes." I was excited to go, but we encountered some unexpected traffic and ended up being 30 mins late. We updated the boutique about our time of arrival along the way and they were understanding. When we finally got there the receptionist was very warm and professional. I was thankful for her courtesy. However, once I got to meet my lash tech, I was appalled. Her energy was off, her attitude was uncalled for, she was impatient and insensitive. Her name was Chamere and I don't know who pissed her off that day, but I, sure enough, got remnants of her wrath. Now, I am no lash expert but I hear she is one of the best. Regardless of her skill, she left a bad taste in my mouth and I have formed an opinion about this establishment because of her behavior. If me being late was such an issue all she had to do was tell me not to come and reschedule. I tolerated her attitude because I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt (even though I am the paying customer and gave her a GENEROUS TIP) but her attitude remained poor until the end of my service. Nonetheless, I love my lashes and the establishment itself, but because of that one tech I will not be returning or referring.

I started coming to Loving My Lashes when they were hosted at Dryland Salon in Canton. I had a great experience with a couple of the lash artists but eventually discovered Erika. She's basically a wizard. I often go a week or two longer than I ought to, and she always gets my lashes looking perfect. She is often booked out weeks in advance but will go out of her way to squeeze in her regulars if needed. Plus she's always great for a chat! They're no longer taking appointments anywhere but their (very nice) Towson location, which is a shame personally. However, the service and the prices here beat anywhere you will find in downtown Baltimore, so it's well-worth the drive. A 20% rate hike a couple of years back ($50 to $60 for a fill) was painful initially until I looked around and realized they are still the best value around!

I usually don't write reviews let alone negative ones but I had a terrible experience. The first time I came I had an a appointment with Naomi. She was amazing! She had great customer service skills and I walked out loving my lashes. The next time, I had to book with someone else because Naomi I think only works weekends and I needed to come during the week. I had an appointment with Chamere and I've never experienced such bad customer service. She barely says anything to me and then is texting/on the phone half the time, not even exaggerating. She never asked me how I wanted them or any questions. I've been getting my lashes done for over a year and that's never happened. When I look at them as I'm leaving, I notice they look much shorter and a lot less full than before I walked in. So I came back and nicely told her I wasn't really happy with the length she seemed to have an attitude and wrote me off. She told me it was probably just because she did a different curl which may have been true but even if that is the case cause I'm not saying she lied she should have asked me or let me know. Because they looked really different and I left spending money on lashes I didn't like. I would have even paid more for her to add longer ones or with the curl I wanted but she seemed to just want to get me out even though her next appointment wasn't until like 30-45 min later I knew because the girl after called and said she would be late. So maybe the rest of the technicians there are great but I wouldn't go to Chamere. Naomi was super sweet and did great work. The lady's at the desk are really nice as well.

I wish I could give loving my lashes 20 stars, I fricken LOVE THIS PLACE. I've been a regular here for almost 2 years now, I usually have kim do my refills and she literally NEVER disappoints. I'm not even exaggerating when i say people constantly compliment my lashes and even ask me if they are real (i'm naturally bleach blonde so they must look super real for people to think they're natural) the front desk worker is always so unbelievably nice to me, the place is so cute and tasteful. You won't have to come back for fills for a few weeks because they stay really well, and not to mention the tables you lay on when they do your lashes are so comfortable I fall asleep sometimes. The best part of it all? They are not nearly as expensive as any other place I've ever gone. My fills used to cost $80-$100 at the places I used to go and I still dont even pay $80 (including tip) here for my refills. So if you're looking to get your lashes done in the Towson area GO TO LOVING MY LASHES. I will continue to go here until either I move or they move
