I received any email to write a review . I usually love how the stylist does my hair the prior two times I went but this time was different. The service is good and the stylist is professional but I'm not pleased on how my braids turned out . My braids aren't a consistent size from root to end . I understand that at the ends the very end they get smaller but in my case they are not the same size even mid way through and they look thin. I choose the same size each time so I can tell the difference in this time. Also I selected the service for waist/hip and it seems some are the length I selected and some are doing their own thing at mid back and even a little higher . The previous times all the braids fell at the same length and not drastically different lengths.

This is one of the most professional salons I've ever dealt with. Me and my daughter have had appointments with the owner Takia several times. She's fast and most importantly always on time. My daughter is very tender headed and she has never complained after an appointment that her braids were too tight or that she was pulling during the process. And last but not least we are always satisfied with the results.

When I was serviced by Takia the first time my hair was neat and clean throughout, she was extremely professional & I had an excellent experience. Unfortunately this is no longer the case. If you book an appointment more than likely she will be 15-20 minutes late without apologizing for her tardiness. Secondly the braids are not as neat as the first service and the braid sizing is not the same throughout the head. Overall the experience has significantly dwindled since my first service.

Takia, Meme and staff are extremely professional. I visited this establishment recently to get crochet braids for vacation and I was extremely happy with the way my hair turned out. It was the perfect vacation hair. Thank you so much Takia and Meme!!!

Don't go to Forever Beauty, at least don't use their website that is convoluted. I incorrectly scheduled just Empress Twist not knowing jumbo was the default. The scheduled stylist was not very helpful or understanding of that. I wholeheartedly thought that medium was the default. But Amayjah did not give any customer service and immediately said she could not do my hair when I took the day off for her to do so. Now I'm being told that I cannot get a refund. They obviously know that people make this common mistake for them to mention that there is no refund and oh you can try to make an appointment next month.
