We started pretty rough as the lady wanted to charge me 25$ for my 4 year old kid,s color nails. I asked her if she could put her feet in hot water to feel like she was getting mommy's same service and she replied it was gonna be $25 . I was visibly annoyed by this as other places don't mind just having her sitting there with her feet in water ( I only asked when there's no one waiting for any services as to keep the chair open ) & the place was not packed or even close to busy. anyways she tried saying it was because the water and the plastic liner, I usually pay 10-16$ ... anyways - daughter ended up having an accident and my husband quickly cleaned up - they were super nice about it which I appreciate for my daughter but my pedicure honestly just felt rushed- she didn't even massage me for advertised time they put on their nail menu and heels were still rough and hard. I honestly have them a 3 start because they were nice about my daughter he we situation and the lady ended up charging me $10 but I don't think I'll be back- wish it was a nicer massage or that they cared more about pampering you which is obviously what u are paying for.
This salon is radically inconsistent. There are zero set prices, they seem to make it up as they go, or base it on what kind of cash might be visible to them. There are some good nail techs there, the young people do a very nice job. Peter does an excellent job. The owner lady will do nails, but it will take forever, as she cannot focus because she's micromanaging every movement around her. Her attention is not on her client but rather on who's doing or saying what, INCREASING the quoted amount due at the drop of a hat, sometimes from across the room. Leaving negative reviews is always uncomfortable, but there are loyal customers who've left because it's just not worth it. On the positive side, like I said, there are some good people, and it seems to be pretty clean. Sorry guys, fair warning.
They do a decent job; however they talk to one another all the time...very annoying mainly the men working in there.
I've been here twice and they have done a fantastic job with my mani and pedi. I had a very sweet young girl so an excellent pedi. She really got all the dead skin off. I'd go back again.
