LV Nail Spa in Tucson, AZ

I recently moved to the Northeast side of Tucson and wanted a nail salon that was closer to home. LV Nails had great reviews. I called and they were able to get me in same day. I had the hot stone pedicure and a manicure. The absolute best pedicure I've ever had. A very long massage with hot towels and loved the hot stones. I then decided to get my eyebrows waxed. They did a wonderful job and even gave me a face and neck massage. This is my new nail salon!! Thank you again for such a clean nice salon and great customer service.

First off, I rarely write reviews. This visit merited one. My husband and I recently moved to Tucson - and have been looking for a new nail salon for pedicures for a couple of months. We found LV Nails and absolutely loved the salon. The salon itself is spotless, and the pedicures top-tier. They don't skip on product for the foot and leg massage portion, and my nails are great with the polish I chose. (Hubby opted for no polish, go figure :-) ) If you are looking for a great pedicure with attention to detail without breaking the budget, try LV Nails, you won't be disappointed!

I used to come here regularly prior to 2020, then moved out of state. Moved back to Tucson this year and stopped by on 1/1 because my usual nail salon was closed and I had previously had good results here. I am thankful the salon was open, but completely disappointed in my nails. I get dip and Emily did them this time, putting only 2 layers of dip on each nail. While that keeps them thin, it also means they start breaking quickly (most other salons do at least 3 layers). Within 2 days, I already had 4 nails that had chipped. Within 1 week, 7 nails had chips. My dip nails typically last 3 weeks before I need to get them redone. Unfortunately, after 1 week I had to go elsewhere to have these taken off and corrected.

Second time this has happened- so at this point it's my fault. I walked in and was shown to a salon chair- where I sat with no one speaking to me or doing anything for about 35 minutes. LV clearly did not have any intention of doing anything for me because they lacked staff to handle the business. While I was sitting there a customer with an actual appointment came in and she was sent away and asked to come back in 3 hours. That's unacceptable. I waited 40 minutes, got up and left. No one cared, but I will never go back there.
