ONE Nail Lounge in Tucson, AZ

I'll start off by saying this is a cramped salon with cords running across the floors.In walking areas.The first tech that was about to start had to ask someone else about my request.She said I can't do your nails without using drill .I have natural nails and requested no drill .They quickly passed me off to a woman that barely had a pulse (Tina).She wouldn't speak ,smile.anything .Her work was mediocre.One hand was cut shorter than other and polish from prior polish wasn't completely removed .The vibe of this salon was stuffy and rude.Don't throw your money away go somewhere that appreciates your business.

I have been coming to One Nail Lounge on and off for years. I say on and off because there would be months where I don't get my nails done #momlife. Today I have an appointment for a dip manicure. I specifically asked for a manicure when I made the appointment over the phone. After sitting done the young lady, I believe Morena, did not say anything besides asking what color I chose. I told her and tried to make a joke in hopes of starting a conversation. She did not respond. She started to buff and prep going straight into the dip process. I mentioned that I had asked for a manicure when I made the appointment and she stated she didn't have time for that, she could clean up my cuticles but that it. She stated "it's the same thing because I only have time for a dip not the manicure". In return I said "it's not the same thing but that's okay we could do that". She then went ahead that "she is not going to do my nails today because I was being rude". In no means were my intentions rude but I respected her and said that was fine. I will go ahead and leave. This salon has been great to me and today has changed that entirely.

this was my fourth or fifth time trying this new nail salon and i'm in love with this set.

I walked in with a picture and got exactly what i asked for!! Perfect shape on a full set and i was in and out in 90 mins. The ladies were all happy and funny and i see a lot of people complaining that they werent talked to but in my opinion its not their job to entertain me. I just want my nails done and done right. These nails are amazing. Not super fat on the top and very smooth. Not everyone does long nails all that great but i cant stop staring at my hands i love them! And the price was low to me. Cost was $120 i gave $20 tip. This nail salon is a NAIL SALON. Everybody was booked and busy so if you dont show up to your appointment they tell you clearly that you will be charged a fee AS U SHOULD BE. Every set i seen coming out was beautiful even on the type on nails that i dont get done on myself. They do a dip thing that looks really pretty and i seen them doing pedicures. I really think i got lucky walking in on a Saturday morning with no appointment and getting taken in immediately and loving what i got. I dont want to tell yall the nail tech that did me because then she might not be available for me but it was Mindy. I seem another girl doing longer nails too i think her nail is meyana they looked really pretty. Anyway sorry for the long ass story but im happy af.

Absolutely would not recommend. Maybe I just got a bad technician. I had a fill on Sunday, on Monday my thumb chipped. Never have I had this happen with acrylics. Now a week later 4 are lifting. My husband said to go back and have them redo.... No... not wasting my time. The girl was more into checking her phone than doing my nails
