I think this business does not get the credit it deserves. I used to come here several years ago to get a simple acrylic French manicure by the owner, Henry. I stopped going simply because, military life and deployments prevented me from going. I decided to return after retiring from the military. Henry always makes time to do my nails and does a phenomenal job. He honors his work so if something is messed up or a mail breaks he goes the extra mile to make it right and fix it. I know some people have issues with another person that works there and she can often times leave a sour taste in your mouth but, try scheduling with Henry and you won't complain. He is the only one there that does my nails and I wouldn't trade him for anything.
Is the third time I come here, however today I got someone new and as with anyone new, I have to remind them of my comfort level when using the buffering. Overall I recommend this place, make sure you make an appointment so you don't have to wait!
worst service ever, nails were uneven and crooked weren't even smoothed out every meal was bumpy and when asked to fix he tried to charge me I had to go to another shop to have them fixed don't waste your money
I have went there for years its my favorite place to get my pedicure at they take there time and the outcome is wonderful they do it all and for a good price
I don't even know were to begin, and I wish I read the reviews first before going. So after deciding not to ever return to E-Spa nails due to getting foot fungus and after I was done with my steroid treatment, I decided it was time to get a pedicure and give this place a try. The people that work there and I counted 11 of them are extremely rude! I told the man I believe his name is Henry, that I wanted a pedicure. I went and I sat at the chair and this young guy comes out and starts cleaning my feet. He was new, he had no idea what he was doing and he took about an hour to do my pedicure. There was another guy watching over his shoulder telling him how to file my nails which by the way are not straight. Then I asked if he could clean the edges of my big toes and he had no idea how to do it, he went and asked another lady and she came and did it. I'm pretty sure my toes got infected because after she cut the edges my toes are swollen and are throbbing. When the young guy was cutting my cuticles he actually cut around my big toe and I was bleeding. I saw him put all his equipment away and then another lady came in, and another guy took his equipment cart and started using his supplies on another lady, they don't sanitize any cuticle clipper, nail clipper, nail pusher or files. I will never come back to this place ever again!
