I have been a customer on and off since 2015. Their customer service has really deteriorated. I went in to get my nail repaired (I was there a week ago). My nail tech wasn't there and no one would help me with my repair. They were not busy. I'm done and looking for a better nail salon that cares about its customers.
Updating to say... my daughter went to Lavender because a family member got her a gift card. The male technician was extremely rude to her, refused to listen to her and she sat in the chair CRYING while he finished. She gave him the gift card, he was suppose to charge only $5 to her credit card and instead charged $50 (more than her nails were)!!! He then refused to refund her and left. UNACCEPTABLE customer service - so not ever go to this place.
I had been to this salon in the past and had no complaints. But... This is my first time getting my nails done by the male technician. This man rushed through and did not listen to what I wanted. I asked for a nude color, just to hear him say that, that color doesn't go with my skin tone. He then proceeded to give me this hot pink color, I told him numerous times that I didn't like it, but he continued to apply it. These are the worst nails EVER, the application is wonky, I asked for an oval shape and instead got a triangle and to top it off he cut my skin on my thumb. Not saying not to go there but if you do, don't make the mistake of letting that man touch your hands.
Had a decent pedi, but they charge an additional $5 for callus removal, which is absolutely ridiculous. First time that has ever been not included in a pedi service for me. Nothing special and you could get something better anywhere else.
I had an appointment and was seated right away for a pedicure. However, then no one spoke to me for 30 minutes. I have limited time to get out and do something for myself as I just had a baby and childcare for only so long. I ended up getting up and leaving. Don't book appointments if you are not going to respect people's time.
