Jennifer did a fantastic job! She looked at the photo of what I wanted, and she copied it exactly! She also asked me questions and made sure I was happy the whole time! Also very reasonably priced.
I love my nails! I'm very impressed with the quality of work and the care taken by the gentleman that did my pedicure and nails. The young lady that did the flowers was also amazing! Also, the price was reasonable! Unfortunately, I did not get the gentleman's name (please let me know who it was). I will definitely be going back!
never did I think I would have to leave 1 star for this place but after today I am never coming back. I went in to get a fill and it took about an hour wait which I don't mind because it was busy. Once I started getting my nails done I could tell the girl was in a rush. She hardly shaped my nails what so ever and the design was just not it. I always get French tips literally every single time and I always go here never have they looked this bad. honestly just very disappointed and I won't be coming back.
Nail tech at the first table by the acrylic wall was moving as of she's a plant worker digging her nail into my skin as she wiped off the old polish. I've been in a little pain while getting my nails done with the drill but never have I ever been in pain while taking polish off. I told her I don't want her to do my nails because she was hurting me, she act as if she didn't hear me so I said OAKY and she said ok after I got up since I was first here I assumed she'll put me in the next open seat, but her pride comes before customer satisfaction, 4 people came in after I was waiting for the next worker. she sat 3 of them down so now I'm waiting on the 3 people I was hear before to finish up.
Ken did my gel manicure and regular pedicure and he was amazing! Extremely meticulous. I called before I went in to make sure they weren't too busy, and 15 mins later I was seated in a chair having a super relaxing mani/pedi. The whole service only took about an hour. The spa is simple and very neat and clean. Great service. Tip generously and in cash, people!!
