I don't know who did my nails but I'm happy I found this place! It's a sunday and new years eve and that shop was really busy but they managed to do everything in a timely matter considering it's the holiday I wish people would be kind there was a lady who was littered getting mad cause she couldn't understand what the nail tech was saying when it was clear as day! But anyways you could tell the owner felt so bad cause she had everyone waiting but she was literally doing everything she could busting her ass please be kind and patient with them and she was so sweet and my nails are so cute and last very long!
this is the second time my nails didn't turn out the way I paid for them to turn out I got my nails done at 4:15 ish this afternoon (my appointment was at 4:30) my nails are ALREADY CHIPPING literally pealing off like your skin would after a sun burn.... she definitely isn't gentle either the way she was pulling my hands towards her and then shoving them away when she was done. I'm going to call in the morning and HOPE she'll repaint them when I'm off work, I work at a doctors office my nails can't look this terrible especially after paying $40....

I have mixed reviews about this establishment. I have had my nails done here several times because I work very near to the location but do not go here consistently. Today's visit had its pros and cons. The work that the nail tech did on my nails was beautiful. However, he was rude and was very rough with my nails. He removed some repair work that had been done on the nails and on one of those he took it off so quickly that he ripped my actual nail. He was so aggressive and rude that I almost left the business without having him complete my work. My experience here today reinforces my lackluster desire to return. In an emergency yes,, as an every manicure visit, absolutely not.
