I love this place! My friend and I came here and she got very dizzy and passed out in the storage room (mistaking it for a bathroom). The staff was very comforting and helped her up and gave her a bottle of water, they then went on to finish her nails, they look great!!! Very friendly people who do a great job!!!
Had an appt at 10:15am today. Got there close to 10 am. Not open. Waited until 10:12 and went home. Hours are starting at 10am. Place was dark and no evidence of them opening at all. Made another appt with diff nail salon on Sunday. 0 stars!
Great service I had Jessica do my pedi and manicure and she did a great job! She took her time and was very friendly I would recommend this place to anyone..I will for sure be returning the next time I get my nails done.
Run away! Originally walked in and only 2 people were working. They asked if we could come back in an hour so my friend and I got an early dinner next door... No biggy since it was a Monday and it may be considered their slow day...?! Well.. I should have just went somewhere else. We were just getting pedicures but everything they did creeped me out... - No liners on the foot tub & they didn't clean them before soaking our feet or after. - Tools used we're just sitting in the basket. Nothing was freshly sealed and opened in front of you -- so who knows if they were cleaned properly from the last client. - Pedicure massage was nonexistent. Don't know why I didn't just leave. Basically paid for a foot bath and nail polish. Hopefully we didn't pay for a fungus with how unprofessional everything was done. This place needs to be inspected. I left feeling so uneasy!
I use to go to this place all the time to get fill ins and etc. the place is always clean and friendly, but i thinks hat some of them really take their time to try and make you happy with the results. There are a few workers who rush when someone else walks in, I'll end up leaving with a nail that doesn't match with the other side but it happens rarely when I go. They make small conversations with you and overall I really like this establishment and I think they're doing a fantastic job. I will be back soon
