Express Nails Spa in Clinton Twp, MI

Nice service really nice people will most definitely will be coming again. I have been here a few times and never upset me. Highly recommend and they take walk ins.

I want my money back. The nails does not stay on no more than 2 hours. Give me my money back. Walgreens need to know that these express press on don't work.

No stars. Absolutely horrible. The salon is very dirty. Nail files with gunk and other stuff on them are used on clients. The nail tech pulled out a nail file and was about to use it and I had to stop them. It was disgusting. I could still see the white nail markings from the last client on the filing board amongst other stuff. The paint job by whom I think is the owner, a lady, did the worst I'd ever seen. When I asked her to even it out, as it wasn't filling up my nail she became angry. I then told her it was crooked, uneven, and clumped up in spots, and that usually nail techs paint my entire nail smoothly and clean up the edges. She pushed my hands away and said "no! You pick right color!" She then started yelling at me in a manner that made no sense to what I was saying. I didn't know what she meant by this. I asked her to just take off the nail polish as it was not coming out nicely and I would rather just not have any on. Then the man that was doing my pedicure got up and she sat down to paint them. I thought great, real great, once again she did a bad job. I decided not to say anything and just be done with hopes you can't see the bad paint job as well on my toes. She literally tossed my sandals to me. She pushed one halfway on my foot which smudged the polish and then tossed the other sandal to my other foot and went on to see another client. I asked for nail polish remover as a couple nails were now ruined and smudged by her actions. She had some guy come and wipe it off. In the end she charged for the polish. She fought with me and would not remove the charge. I told her I was never coming back and that she does very bad business and her place is filthy and they need to sterilize the place and all instruments used. HORRIBLE PLACE. SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!

Buyer beware, do not go to this salon. I went in to have my toe nails done. I decided to get shellac! so I picked a color. The woman doing my nails was very rough with my feet from the beginning. She kept bending my feet very far forward. I told her it was hard to keep my feet the way she was bending them. When she started applying the polish, I immediately noticed it wasn't the right color. I immediately brought it to her attention, but she continued to apply the coat. After the first coat I told her to stop that it wasn't what I chose and asked her to go get the swatch. She immediately became irrational and started yelling at me. I asked her why she was yelling and that I just wanted it corrected, but she continued on. At this point I asked her to stop doing my nails because I wasn't going to let her scream at me. She grabbed the swatch and grabbed my wrist very hard to yank me out of the chair. I was in shock. I offered to pay her for filing my nails and she just kept screaming at me. All of a sudden the man from the back came bursting out and was yelling at me too! I tried to explain to him what had happened and he was even more irrational than she was. He started yelling that I was going to pay $45.00, even when I was told $35.00. She was still screaming and telling him no and physically pushing me to get out of the shop. I honestly think I froze a bit and was just shocked as to what just took place. I told them I was going to file a Police report, because this women continued to put her hands on me. I did file a report and was asked if I wanted to press assault charges? After reading these reviews, it may not be a bad idea to follow up with the charges. ZERO STARS
