I had had a great first experience with this place before. I decided to go in on a whim after work, wanting to relax by getting my nails done, which I never do. I walked in, went to sign in and was first rudely greeted by some bitch in for an appointment standing/ blocking the desk. I politely asked her if she had signed in so I didn't cut her off and she had to loudly state "ugh I'm here for an appooooooooiiiinnntttmennnnt." ok then. I go to sign the clipboard and hear "she's talking to YOU!" I look up and say oh? the manager or whoever was working told me "we're done for today!" mind you it is 4:30 on a Thursday afternoon when hours are posted open until at least 7 and walk ins welcome. I get no one works anymore but you'll really turn a client/ money away?! never again.
This was my first time at the salon and found it to be very clean. The staff was very professional and friendly. They took their time doing our nails and they did a great job. Definitely will be going back and definitely recommend them!
do not let the lady named lisa touch your eyebrows she messed mine up so bad i came in with pretty decently shaped eyebrows that just needed touching up and i left with 2 lines on my face never letting her touch my face ever again
Aesthetically pleasing salon, however the tech who took my shellac off used her own nails to scrape my old polish off after soaking them. This was painful and left my nails feeling super brittle. I've never had shellac taken off with anything other than acetone, a drill, or cuticle pusher. New shellac paint job was good, but I'll stick with my usual salon from now on.
I went there yesterday morning with my daughter, not sure if its the polish or the top coat no idea. I got a pedicure and I was there at least an hour waiting for my daughter to get done so my toes should have been dry. I left got home and it started peeling off my big toe, my daughter noticed it and said what is that? it was it peeling and hanging off my toes. Pretty mad spent 30.00 and it didnt even last a day!!!! Dont recommend
