L.A. Nails in Vancouver, WA

Came here for the first time to get a fill on my acrylic nails. The first experience was normal nothing amazing about it I payed gave a tip and went about my day. The next day I noticed the gel color was not cured long enough and my whole right hand had bubbles on the edges. As well as my thumb on the left hand. I went back to this place to ask if they can fix it and immediately got questioned as to where did I get them done by who when I clearly went to the same lady that did them the day before. the lady sitting in spot 1 asked me to go to her station and all in all the experience was terrible I was made to feel as if this was my fault somehow she kept talking to the lady that messed my nails up the whole time idk what they said but it seemed intense. She very aggressively filed the color off all my nails and painted them . In the middle of this a pair of ladies came in for pedicures the lady in station one very happily invited them to sit and when she brought her attention to me she was angry. I will never go back to this place and will be sure to let family and friends about this terrible experience. A simple "we can fix this" and a smile would have been enough. To top it off since she filed the color off she filed some of the acrylic off and it's breaking off at the corners. I would give this place zero stars.

horrible customer service, the lady doing my nails cut me twice and didn't give me anything to clean up with. I also didn't get the color I wanted, I wanted a pinky pearly color but instead she just put a clear yellowing color I didn't want. the other lady doing my pedicure did a nice job and was really nice to me. I wouldn't recommend coming here overall.

Probably the worst pedicure Iv ever gotten. 3 pedicures, the first pedicure was done in 15 minutes. The services are supposed to be about 45. The second pedicure felt like the lady was ripping my skin off. I had pink nail polish all over my toes, and the lady didn't care until she noticed me picking it off after she had already walked away. The third pedicure, my friends toes were burnt from the Iv light and the technician also didn't care. I called to try to get a refund because realistically we didn't get the service that we had paid for and the only thing that could be done is for me to come back and probably experience worse treatment. Do yourself a favor and listen to the negative reviews.

Best $50.00 I have ever spent. They do the best job ever here. I do not know the ladies name but she can give one of the best pedicures I have ever had. She always checks to see if you are doing ok. She even got me a cold bottle of water when I first sat down. It was a hot day outside and much needed. All the ladies are super nice here. The music they play with the massaging chair really makes you wanna take a nap while you are there. You can't go wrong here.

Please please please, do not go here. I have a friend that comes here, and every single time she comes she has a five-star experience. the workers here work hard and are good at nail designs. that being said they are VERY unethical and are not gentle. they use a drill file on your natural nail, which is extremely dangerous. it hurt a lot and when I told her, she kept going. a little over a week after me having my nails (which don't get me wrong they were gorgeous and exactly what I wanted) one of my pinky nails started lifting. no other nails were lifting but this one was and it hurt SOO bad. I eventually had to take matters into my own hands and took the nail off. after I successfully took the acrylic off my nail there was a big and apparent red bruise underneath my nail. it still hurts a lot and what makes matters even worse is that because she used the electric drill on my natural nails, my natural nail was very thin and was BENDING. no nails should bend whether they are long or short. I happen to have very short nails because I bite them out of stress, so to see them bend was horrifying. I was so upset that I cried for about an hour because I felt as though I could have spent my 60 dollars elsewhere, and gotten what I wanted, whilst still having healthy nails. So please do not go there. and if you do ask that they hand file and only do it a little.
