Great service, great prices, nice people, good quality and efficient! I was so thrilled with this nail company!

I was waiting for someone in my car when I saw the nail place and decided to come in on a whim . I had gel nail polish on and wanted to get that removed and decided that I might just as well kill two birds with a stone and use the waiting time to get a task finished. The salon looks very average and was empty which did make me skeptical but the lady/owner was sweet and convinced me to get a regular pedicure instead of just getting the nail color taken off . She was nice gentle and took her time giving me a massage and removing the calluses . The nail color selection is off-putting its dried up and very limited and I was almost scared for a minute for my nails . I stuck to just getting a clear coat done and that's it . Even though the lady was sweet and professional , I am not going to be returning because of all the off -putting products etc. Prices are very reasonable.

I've been coming here for years. It's a family business, which I love. Ann is very gentle and gives great pedicures. I never feel like she's trying to rush me or up-sell me. Their gel manicures are really good too.

I had a walk in. Explained I can't get gel or acrylic nails & only wanted a basic manicure. I am moving across state tomorrow so didn't have much time. Her staff put gel nails on without my consent. I told them I didn't ask for them and the mother aggressively said I have to pay for them anyway after she acknowledged it was their error! The daughter with her hot headed nature starts to insist she take them off. I dislike the filling machine and acetone hence asking for natural nails but was left with no choice. They should have given me the option of just paying the original agreed price for natural nails which was $25 rather than pressuring me to pay $35 for gel that I did not ask for! They were rudely saying you either pay for gel or we take them off for you! It was like thug behavior. Especially as it was not my error & they said they made a mistake for putting the wrong product on my nails. Then the daughter ranted that she paid for the materials & if she let each customer pay less she be broke!!!! The only reason I was opting to leave the gels on is because I'm moving and didn't have time to wait for them to scrape off the gel. Anyway, she quickly went ahead and started scraping the gel off. Then she was aggressive with my nails on purpose. Just to have power over me. 3 of my fingers were bleeding. It was a painful process. Then I said I'm not sure about painting over the blood & she said I am not the first this happens to & it be fine to paint over. Then she ranted on & on that she knows how to do her job!! I decided not to let them paint my nails as my fingers were too sore & cuticle beds were bleeding as you can see in the photo. They let another customer who did not understand what was going on join in and belittle me. I felt bullied & I actually & I left in tears! Then they changed me $15. I'm always happy to pay & tip but this was a joke. I doubt these types of people will take any ownership of how they treated me and will just blame the customer & be in denial. I can't believe the younger girl ripped my skin off with so much aggression. Definitely not kind people!! I would like them to take ownership. Say sorry & refund my money. My fingers are sore & this was all very avoidable. They should know better!!!!! Especially letting their customer disrespect me & then the mother shooing me out of the shop like I was in the wrong. It was very low human behavior. A money grabbing family & no wonder ratings are 2.5. I would give them zero stars! I want my money back. Reach out & I give you my bank details. Own up to your mistakes!

Went in just about 20 min ago id say and was VERY specific about how I wanted my eyebrows and how I've waited a couple months for them to grow out bc of the last place I went to messed them up very bad. So the older lady started on my eyebrows and when she told me to look at them they were completely different and very messed up. One of my eyebrows is a whole different eyebrow than my other one. My right eyebrow looks amazing. But did me very wrong . have I never been so mad. Then proceeded to tell me that my eyebrows are uneven after the facts of showing them how they are messed up. I'm not even a person to get so angry . I want a refund as I will be coming back in after work tomorrow. I've so upset as I've been here multiple times
