A regular manicure typically involves nail shaping, cuticle care, and the application of nail polish, which can last up to a week. A gel manicure involves similar steps but uses a gel-based polish and UV light to cure the polish, resulting in a more durable finish that can last up to two weeks without chipping.

Thank you Nail & Spa. I went in for dip and the color didn't come out to exactly what I wanted and they insisted on redoing my nails so that they were perfect. They went above and beyond. I had a photo shoot booked that was important to me and now I have perfect nails for my pictures. Thank you!
DO NOT GO HERE PLEASE!!!!! honestly if i could i would leave zero stars. my sister is getting married in 3 days and we went to get our nails done. first of all we got the best pedicure available and it was subpar before i could even tell her what i wanted on my toes she cut them very short and uneven. the pedicure felt very rushed through and took about 40 minutes. for $75.... once the pedicure was done i was getting a fill. first of all she couldn't shape my nails, i showed her the picture and told her exactly what i wanted and she kept filling but not changing the shape. to the point i was about to walk out, the owner came over and shaped them for her. and although they weren't perfect they looked okay. then came polish and i was even more disappointed, i asked for a simple french tip, and they were all different and straight across. i showed her what i didn't like and she just made the tip thicker....3 different times of me asking. then she snapped on my and cut me off. i was so fed up i told her i would go somewhere else to have them repainted and she said nothing. i paid full price $145. now this is where it gets even worse my sister ended up in tears because the lady was not only throwing her hands around and being extremely rough but kept cutting her off when she would try to say something about her nails. it was so bad the owner removed her acrylics and didn't charge her for anything. then another person in the bridal party sat down to have her nails done by the same lady. the lady started to make comments about the bride of the party like "wow when i was getting married i was happy, she's just mean and upset" and "she made me feel like an evil person" the thing is not only were the prices high, the service bad, BUT the literally talk shit to you and your friends. I WILL NEVER COME BACK, ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! SAVE UR MONEY!!
I used to really enjoy coming here, but recently whenever I do they seem to always try to upsell me, to the point it is uncomfortable. When I just want a classic pedicure, I have had to refuse the deluxe more than once. When I get a gel mani, I have to say multiple times I don't want dip, just gel. The breaking point for me was this last pedicure where they used expired polish on my toes. I waited 2 hours for them to dry, went to dinner with sandals on in 40 degree weather, and then finally put socks on 3 hours after and the polish still came off on the inside of my socks. Sad to say I won't be returning.
It doesn't seem like I should need to argue over what I want done, although this was the case every step of the way. I asked for regular polish for my pedi and gel for my fingernails. She proceeded to prepare me for gel on my pedi. I did manage to stop her, and we proceeded with regular polish. I asked for white nail polish for my gel mani. Instead she proceeded to give me a French mani. I did not ask for a French mani. I was specific that I wanted white nail polish. The worst part was, she literally dunked each finger into the container of the sandy stuff. The correct way is to paint it on with a brush. The way it was done was terribly unsanitary and all I could think of was how many other fingers were dunked in that same stuff. Also the way she did it made it quite uneven. Will never go back.
