I've gotten good haircuts here time and again. Stylists are friendly. Despite my relatively scathing review of another location in Portland, I have nothing to complain about here and have been going back for months.
I came in and got my hair done it wasn't exactly what I pictured but it was probably my fault for not really understanding what I truly wanted I wanted layers and face framing and it just didn't look what I had pictured it was still great but not what I pictured I called spoke to someone who was super friendly I came in the lady sat me down almost immediately and we talked about what I was really looking for and she was super awesome and kind! She did exactly what I wanted I love my hair and her energy was great definitely will be coming back and I recommend 10/10 I'm really glad I came back I'm shy so I was going to stick with what I had gotten but I'm thankful I came back I love my hair and the customer service was amazing.
Terrible customer service. I used the online registration, and it offered to text me when my appointment was ready. I could see the screen from my car with my name, so when it had me up as the next person, I didn't wait for the text but walked in. My name then disappeared from the screen. When she asked if she could help me, I told her my name and it was just on the screen and now off. She said because I didn't check in it removed me and she would be happy to put my name back on the bottom and start over. Walked out and gave my business to a local, non corporate barber who actually cares about service.
I really don't understand the system they have at great clips! They make notes in the computer to aid the next hairstylist in remembering what was done the last time the client came in. The last two times I came in my haircut was perfect. But this time they read the notes then took clippers to my hair! Before I new it, all of my hair was gone. I'm in tears. Worst haircut ever! They should sell ball caps.
