I called to schedule an appointment with one of the owners and the receptionist told me to hold one while she went to see if she was available. No big deal at all. She asked for my name and number and she would get back to me "shortly" to discuss what she had open. Again no big deal. They never called me back.. so I went to another hair stylist. I respect everyone's time but not calling back after a week is a little disappointing. I don't know if the receptionist forgot to mention I called or it was just a mix up either way it was just a very unprofessional situation.
I love my stylist Meagan Lowery! She is the best or the best! Super kind, professional & really educates you on hair health and product. The salon is always so cutely decorated and just provides such a good environment. 10/10 Recommend Kadiza & my girl Meagan!
Cara was my stylist, very sweet young woman. I had waited over a year in between haircuts, long story. I'm trying to grow out a bad haircut. Cara listened to me and did exactly what I asked. She cut a string layer, shaped it up and now it's looking so much better! Thank you Cara! Very nice salon, clean and friendly.
