I like Castle Nails. It is clean and a friendly atmosphere.. I went in today to have my nails filled. Cindy did my nails and she did a great job.
The experience felt rushed and the staff unfriendly and uninterested for a service based business. I felt rushed when selecting color and when selecting a pedicure package. I was also unhappy with my nails. The application was sloppy and there were hairs and bubbles in the nail color. Looks like 3 years old did it and his name is TIM. I paid $115 for my nails and pedicure. Even if Cindy fixed my nails but still bad I don't know why! (The first photo). And they also gossip clients in their language! For the price, I do not recommend this establishment and will not be returning.
sheila is awesome when i go she does an awesome job! i've had one problem in the past with a nail tech being super fast and not taking her time but when i found out about sheila i started to request and make an appointment with her and she never fails to do a good job!
to say the absolute least; poor, poor quality! nail salons are not made equally, save yourself the headache and find somewhere else!
Went in with my daughter waited for 20mins. Got a pedicure only. Workers were more interested in talking to each other. Pretty much wanted to get us in and out after we waited for 20mins to even get service. Workers kept leaving and doing other things and coming back to us with their gloves on. Inside was ok clean, not like other reviews had mentioned it being super clean.
