Unhygienic!!! Absolutely awful! Went two weeks ago and ended up with the worst acrylic set I have ever seen. Was put with a girl that had no idea how to lay black acrylic, cut me (actively bleeding) on almost every finger, dropped the used file and buffer that she proceeded to use on my actively bleeding hands, who then left once the owner attempted to fix them. Was charged $45 for the first set but was told to come back once my hands healed to get them fixed for free. Showed up on Saturday the 9th and was charged another $45 for a fill that began peeling by Tuesday the 12th. Will not return to this unhygienic chop shop salon.
My daughter and a friend called to ask the price for dip nails. They were quoted $45-55. Her friend got a refill with single color for $45, my daughter asked for dip with tips and got acrylic, and was charged $70. When she asked the tech why $70, he said he spent a lot of time on them and because of the almond shape. The tech pushed the shape but did not tell her there would be additional cost. This review is really about poor integrity, the nails were fine. The tech took advantage of a teen. On top of that, they sat my daughter in a station right after another person without cleaning anything, they used the same tools on my daughter without sanitation, and cut her twice. My daughter attempted to talk to a staff member and to the tech, was basically brushed off. Just realized they also did not give either girl the advertised 10% off, after she asked about it.
Kevin is amazing! Been coming here for a while and I'm never disappointed. Kevin is so talented and very professional, he makes sure you are satisfied and even fixed a nail I broke a couple days later.
The person who did my nails was very rude and rolled his eyes at me when I said the water was too hot. I got acrylic nails and they are already peeling off. It has been under a week. Won't be back.
I called in advance to get a price for my nails. During that conversation I was given two prices for the same thing. Upon arrival I was given four prices for the same thing. Everyone says there's confusion - it's the receptionist she doesn't understand or I'm not the receptionist it's not my problem or let me get the manager and then they do not. Be careful on your pricing for your service here it changes from when you get there to when you leave . I left without getting my nails done and without talking to the manager they were no loud voices and there was no service and there's no excuse. Nail service is simple cuticles should be included always. It's time to stop price gouging for mail service. Beware of your pricing here
