K.L Nails in Enterprise, AL

Love coming here to get my nails done. They are super nice and the wait time is very little. Other places my nails fall off or chip within a week. Here these nails last 3+ weeks. Prices are great too.

As always, i love my salon! Im a travel nurse and this time was gone for 4 months. I always try random salons when Im out of state, but there is nothing better than coming home to where Im comfortable and know my nails will be perfect!!

Well, my son treated  pedicure for my birthday, so I chose to go here. first of all there is no birthday discount unless you've been there for years, which is impossible because they keep changing management and the Lady was very rude. She did not want to help me find the color I wanted because she wanted me to use gel polish. She then sat directly across from me as I was getting my pedicure done by the male technician talking crap while staring at me.. they also did not offer me anything to drink while I was waiting. Not very friendly people.

I originally called to see if I could make an appointment for the day, but nobody answered the phone. I drove up there and asked for a pedicure, and waited around 30 minutes in the front. I was then moved to a  pedicure chair in the back and they told me to pick which one I wanted. I picked the deluxe pedicure. I asked the gentleman who is doing my feet not to cut down my nails, but he proceeded to anyway. He did not trim my cuticles, or even push them back. When he was taking the gel polish off of my toes, the file he used burned the side of my cuticle. The gentleman started scrubbing, my feet with what almost looked like a cheese grater, and I told him nicely to stop because it was burning. He gripped onto my foot tighter and continue to do it even though I asked two more times for him to stop. He ripped my big toe in the process of everything and didn't even tell me until I look down and he tried to hide it. I asked for French tips. When he painted them on, half of my nail was covered in white polish with no base coat on the bottom. I told him they were too thick and he just shook his head and proceeded. Finally I asked him to take off the polish and he walked away and came back 5 minutes later to do so. After it was off I stood up and went to the lady who I've always had do my nails. I told her my issues and all three of them started yelling at me in front of other customers and demanded I pay full amount. I grabbed one of the papers to show prices and went over everything he didn't do. I ended up being charged $35 after they lowered the price to $30. Very disappointed and will not go back

Nope! Just look at the photos. The man doing my nails has "Master Manicurist" on his license. Seems like the board of cosmetology needs to come and reevaluate his certification/license because this work was basic at best. Asked for ballerina and he said he never heard and gave me coffin. He gave me a hot mess of whatever it's called. Chunky base. Wide past my nail bed on sides. Thick!! Misshaped and uneven filing. Made me bleed on two fingers. I tried to tell him he was filing them uneven and he snapped back and said I need to let him finish the process. Cost $75! Never again- I have a huge issue with someone charging $75 for a service and not providing it to a reasonable standard.
