This location does not stabilize their equipment. The equipment they used on me did not come out of a sterile blue bag, rather a plastic equipment holder. The attached photo is one week after the salon appointment.
They do okay pedicures, but if you want quality nails, do not go here. I've tried twice and gotten super poor quality nails both times. I always do dip powder nails, I have for 6 years, so I know what quality looks like. This isn't it. The first guy I went to didn't care about the edges, so it was sloppy and thick. The next time I went, the girl tried to leave it thick and lumpy, but I spoke up and she ended up filing it down a little more, but seemed annoyed I even said anything. She would have let me walk out like that. They lack people with quality skills on nails, for sure.
I went in today for a mani and pedi. I was assigned to Sonny. The pedi was fine but manicure was horrible. I paid more a basic polish (not gel) then I would for dip! He left polish on my fingers. He never did anything with my cuticles and I didn't even get a little arm massage. The gentleman next to me got more of a service than I did! I left very unsatisfied. He wasn't friendly or chatty at all. I was very disappointed.
it was sooooooooo so bad i gave the person doing my nails a ref pic. the pic had french tips w/ a hello kitty face on both ring fingers and he somehow messed it up. i had to paint over it a/ white when i left. he sat there looking at the nails he messed up and LEFT IT. waste of 55 dollars. reminder that the person that did this was the literal OWNER. my friends nails came out better. ask for ivy if ur so desperate to come here.
First off, they are never friendly. Always in a rush to finish so they can move on to the next person. They don't take their time and it really shows in their work. I've been here a few times and it's always the same thing. The straw that broke the camels back was the last time I was there I got an infection from them placing a nail on incorrectly. I had to go to the doctor and they told me that's what it was from. Do not recommend.
