I went to this salon for the first time today (Jan 19th) , and my hairstylist was Bethany. I am not sure of her last name. She did tell me that today was her first day at the salon though. Anyways.....although she was super sweet, she is definitely not experienced in hair coloring or hair cutting. The manager Chelsey (who was very knowledgeable and friendly) was guiding her throughout the hair coloring process. Another stylist named Gwen (very sweet as well) came over to check my haircut, and had to adjust and redo some areas. I was in the salon chair for a little over 3 hours. My appointment time was originally at 1:00, but Bethany sent me a text message asking if I could come an hour later because she was behind. Although I appreciate the heads up (I would have been upset if I showed up and she was running an hour behind), I expect my hairstylist to know what she is doing. I also expect for my stylist to get it done in a timely manner. I have never had my color retouch, trim, and flat iron take 3 hours! As I said before, Bethany was super sweet, and I do appreciate her asking for help when she needs it. She is just not experienced in my book, and I would try another stylist if I decide to go back.
