Does beautiful braiding work. I found Juste to be very professional. She explains each braiding style, ask what size braids you want, will shoe you an example to be clear. ** ZERO STARS** Do NOT under no circumstance use JUSTE braiding. I'm warning you. Let me break down my experience last night. First let me say, this was my 3 time coming to this shop to have my 9 year old's hair braided and the previous times the workers (one braider- in and out in 4 hours- same style) have done a great job. They don't work there anymore. Yesterday is the first time, JUSTE the owner has ever braided my child's hair and she is HORRIBLE. She is Unprofessional and skill-less! The parts were crooked, not sharp or crisp. When I shared my concerns about her parting, she stated that she has never had a parent stand over top of her and complain. I mentioned a few times total about the parting and crookiness. At one point, she redundantly took out two or three braids where the horizontal part was so severely and noticeably crooked and redid them. I also want to mentioned that she suggested that I cut my child's hair to make her job easier. Stating, "oh she is young. Her hair is too long. You should cut her hair. It will grown back." I told her that I'm not cutting my child's hair and how she just have had a trim last month. As you can see in the pics that her parts are crooked and it appears that her hair looks 2 weeks or more old already due to the hair not being parted and sectioned properly. It just doesn't look fresh. We had to stop so she could go pick up her child, which is unprofessional, but I let that slide because I was being understanding. I also let all the crooked parts slide even after complaining about them because I was getting so much resistance from her. She even attempted to blame my child for the parts being crooked when it was her not using Jam or something equivalent and clips to keep the hair separated. Now I watched Juste make a center part in my daughter's hair in the beginning, but as she was nearing the end, I noticed that she wasn't going to have a center part and I asked what happened to her center part (see pics) and she went off and started talking about her being tired, how she working on my daughter's hair since 2:30 (this was 7:30 now), how she has to do her son's hair. I said well, since she's not going to have a center part, can you at least make the part that's in front of her head straight. It was noticeably crooked and I let all the other bad parting slide, but I couldn't let the part where my daughter's hair was going to lay slide. She get mad and takes out a big pair of scissors and cut one of the braids in half and I lost it. I told her don't f'ing cut my daughter's hair because you're tired and frustrated. We exchanged words and she says that she just going to take all her hair out. Juste is unprofessional and unskilled. She can't kept workers. I watched her get into it with the first worker that did my daughter's hair and the girl quit (8/28/22). You can see in the pics her skill level. I can braid and part better than this. The pics speak for themselves. I was still even willing to pay and pay full price even though I wasn't completely satisfied but I just knew not to use her again until she took the scissors out to cut my child's hair. She attempted to bait me into more conflict, even after I said that I was going to sit down because my child was there and her too by saying workers didn't want to braid my daughters hair and how ppl on Yelp are lying on her after I told her that I see why she has bad recent Yelp reviews. She even said to her son to bring me my phone so I can post my video too. If she going to post a bad review I'm going to post to because I have recording. Mind you she only said that in English to bait me into more conflict because everything else she ever spoke to her son was in their native tongue. Juste thought that she was hurting me by taking my daughter's hair out when she ultimately wasn't. She definitely wasted 6 hours total out of me and my child's life but hurting us, no! **ZERO STARS**

This is my second time coming to Juste. I'm a pro at getting my hair braided and crochet because it's all I wear. Juste is a nice person but she doesn't have your time or look of the hairstyle in mind only about the money I'm sorry to say.. I requested for her to take out the individual crochet she installed prior, she had no problem with it, I came 8am and she began taking out the crochet, so I realized she braided very small braids in my hair with the individual crochet reason why it was hard for myself to remove. She then had to leave 30 mins into removing my individuals to go pick up her son from school which was not a problem. When returning she got right back to removing them decided she needed to eat something which was fine I need my braided to have her strength. 3 hours into it 2 hours just from taking out the very small braids,another one of her clients came in just after she finished washing and blow drying my hair. Ms.Juste began to huff and puff while parting my hair. She was starting to show her frustration because she wanted to make quick money and be done with my hair and on to the next dollar, but I'm sorry the way you make real money is to have repeat clients because I pay top dollar for good braids. She instructed another braided there to finish my crochet, which the other braider didn't want to touch my hair which later I found out why. When the second braider finally finished my hair it was 6pm. I was ready to pay assuming all 5 large packs of hair for my big head was in my hair. Surprise! It was not only 2... 2 packs for my big head are you serious?! I always I mean always wear my hair full. It was spaced far apart and the parts were crooked. Ms.Juste rushed when her second client came in so she just put a bunch of quick braids in my hair and left the installation to the second braider. I look like a mental patient! Find another shop ladies that actually care about how you feel and what you want!
