Lady Nails in Waldorf, MD

I was referred by a friend to try TT at Lady Nails in Waldorf. My first experience with her I thought she was nasty. I decided to give her another try and I received the same attitude, especially when u ask her to correct something. This will be my last time. I am determined to find a quality and professional salon in the Waldorf/Accokeek area

I came here on the spur of the moment as I looked at my nails and had to go to the nearest place. I called and they said that a regular pedicure would be $30. So, I hopped on over after shopping at Dollar General. They took me in the back right away and had me and my feet soaking fornat least fifteen minutes til it was my time. The male technician did a great job and i was told that it would cost an extra $8 dollars for removing dead skin off the bottom. So, I invested a little more as it is almost SUMMER time and it would not be in my best interest to look and feel my best. Overall, a quick and easy place for walk-ins and the price is definitely reasonable. i live in DC and it's quite expensive so I do go out to other parts of Virginia and Maryland to save at least $10.

Have you ever felt robbed of $30? I would NOT recommend this place even if you're just going for a cheap mani/pedi. Didn't have much luck with my last nail place after my regular left so I decided to try here while I was out running errands around the area. It took about 30 minutes for someone to come to me after having sat me in the pedicure area. As you can imagine my feet were prune like. I am very cautious about the tools on my feet being clean, sterilized, or new because of the infections transmitted through nail places. When I asked about this they didn't really understand me and were a bit rude. I usually don't nit pick on little things but this whole experience was just not satisfactory as there were also a couple flies around the whole time. The pedicure ended up being so bad i decided not to get a manicure.

be careful what you agree to. They will give a price then tack on additional charges added for service. Had a gel polish no manicure, acrylic nails & pedicure expecting to pay $125 was charged $175. At checkout as told that the charges were without xtra service provided and that I enjoyed myself, they charged no tax and there was nothing that could be done to rectify. After standing at front counter for 15min the lady offered me $10 "her money" turned her back and walked away. I continued to stand there letting them and customers know my frustration and made sure to tell them it was "my money" they were overcharging!

Today was my first time going to lady nails, Waldorf MD. The customer service was horrible. The lady doing my nails was very rough. Even waxing my eyebrows she was overly rough. When it was time to pay she never gave me a total but reached her hand for my card. She walked away without giving me a receipt and did not say anything. I do not recommend this place and will not be returning.
