Worst experience ever. I think I was given a person who was on their first day. She didn't know what she was doing. They only accepted cash app for payment. Sketchy!
That young girl at the front desk customer service is horrible...I hate even talking to her....but today everyone at the front desk was rude as hell...I will take my business elsewhere...
I asked him if he can do what was in the picture. He said yes. I got this instead. You would think he would use pink acrylic or a pinkish clear polish. I thought he was good but I don't think that anymore. And everyone is always in a rush in this place. I can see if you did a good job but this time I'm definitely not coming bk here or I'll go to another person. 60 something dollars for this!
The pedicure was okay. I did have to share a place on my foot that I needed the technician to redo, and she did. I then wanted a manicure. I did not understand that with a manicure why you could only get your nail polished if you chose gel/acrylic polish. When I had my pedicure, they used traditional polish but could not do the same for a manicure. I'll stick to my little nail salon near my home!
Weird cancelation policies, God forbid you need to reschedule or re book or change appointment times. Staff at front desk is rude and state "THIS will BE COUNTED against you.
