Horrible ass place!!!! DO NOT GO HERE! The quality of service is horrendous. They rush so bad and the service requested was something that I didn't fully get. Erik or Mike whoever his name did not know what he was doing. It took him damn near 2 hrs on fill in plus + putting nails back on. What's even worse, I had to coach him on how to taper my nails to make them look more slender and symmetrical to the nails that didn't fall off. That still did nothing with the bulky rounded top heavy of the nails that be replaced. Lesson learned and will never come back to this place. I will advise black people (especially black women) to take our business and dollars to small black nail techs who are serious about their art.

I RELUCTANTLY am a long time customer of Diamond Nails and Spa in Waldorf. I came by today to have my nails repaired after vacation. The older man at the front desk is problematic because of his NASTY ATTITUDE, meaning that I've had words with him before, so today was not the first time. After a 30 wait in the lobby, I was escorted to a work station, where a young male tech was instructed to begin the "nail removal" process, he was NOT HAPPY. He snatched my hands, and Ordered me to relax, his "scheduled" appointment was seated next to me a few seconds later. After sitting there for another 20 min, I caught the older man's attention and held my tin foil wrapped fingers up. The older man snapped at me and said "You Just Wait"! I asked him "How long"? The older man snapped at me and demanded that I pick a color. BEFORE I could answer, the older man SNATCHED the nail color rings and the basket they were in from the table and walked off. I don't know that man's name, but he's been there for as long as I've been going there. His behavior is REPREHENSIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL If I knew that one of my employees behaved in this Aggressive and Hostile manner, that person would be TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY! I WILL be calling the BBB Charles County, and the Chamber of Commerce first thing tomorrow morning, that man's aggressive and hostile behavior will not go unaddressed.
It's not a surprise that professional services are rendered at this place. Andy did an amazing job with my pedicure today. He took his time and paid close attention to details to ensure a great pedicure. My toes look amazing. Thanks Andy! Great job done!
