JCPenney in Lynchburg, VA

Went to get my hair cut by Lindsey Mays. My hair was very long to the middle of my back so plenty of hair to work with. I showed Lindsey a picture of the style I wanted. The hair in the picture was shoulder length. When I walked out my hair was cut up to my chin. When I said it is shorter than it should be she said no it's not. The style is not even close to the picture. She should have her license taken away. She talks too much and has no clue how to cut hair. I would recommend never to use this salon

Wow, I haven't shopped at JCP in years. They have really upped their game. I was very impressed & able to find exactly what I needed. I also like the fact that they have a Rewards program & you don't need to have a JCP credit card to utilize it.

I just called the jc penny salon and the woman who answered was extremely rude and unhelpful. She told me the manager wasn't in to answer any of my questions and then hung slam up in my face. I'm new in town, but I at least now know one place I WONT be going to , to have my hair done. Thumbs down to jcpenney salon!

Received a gift (towel set) with no gift receipt from jcpenny and wanted to return it for store credit because I got duplicates. They would only give me back $1-$2 for something that originally cost $12. ... tags were still attached. Poor return policy

Typical JCP; neat and organized. I found exactly what I needed and it was marked down $60!! Customer service was blah... an associate needed to clock out and although there was a line AND a manager assisting another associate at the register, the associate proceeded to clock out. It took a customer to ask the manager if she could be checked out by her. Without a smile, she did. She was getting ready to clock out for vacation herself so maybe she too was just ready to go.
