I have been going there for a little over 3 years now I'm always satisfied she does a really good job my daughter started me going she's been going to Rose now for over 10 years and I'm just a happy customer when I leave there always with a smile and I'll continue to go back you can't always please everybody but she does her best and if anything ever happened to my nail it's usually because I do it but she always fix it without any thing to say. Thank you Rose and I pray that you will always be my nail tech.
The only nail shop that I go to. Rose is a beautiful lady and does beautiful work! I like the fact that it's only her in the shop and does mostly appointments only.
I just love the atmosphere it's just a great experience I really enjoyed it and I've been going to her and no since probably five years six years so as is great I love it and I recommend anybody to go may be a little slow sometimes but that's because she's the only one working in there but she does such a great job and she tries to cater to everything you like that and she's very creative beautiful shop
Ms. Rose is very sweet, but she cannot do nails. This is one of the sloppiest manicures I have received. In addition, she continued to change the price on me. When I called I was told one price, when I arrived and confirmed said price, it had increased by $8, when I went to pay she informed me that it would be an additional dollar because I used a card. I personally would not recommend this salon-at least for a gel manicure.
I hated this experience. They did not have any Covid guidelines set in place. Seats were really close together and nobody was wearing a mask. They also did not wipe down seats between the use of each customer which is unacceptable especially in the time we are in. When it was time for me to go, they did not clean out the foot sink (whatever it's called) after the last customer had used it. I had to ask politely and they seemed annoyed. The only reason I gave this 3 stars and not 1 is because my nails were really nice and the prices were really good. If you go to this place make sure you speak up when you see something wrong! Never going there again.
