Only visited twice. Way over priced and not customer friendly. Tech is always complaining about personal things and how tired she is. Would not fill my nails that only had one previous fill. Started to pick at them and be aggressive with file. I had them
soaked off because she was going to pry them off and complained about how bad they were filled. She didn't act like she knew what she was doing but complained about how everyone else does nails. Over priced, waited several minutes even with an appt. Did not provide a manicure after taking off a perfectly good set! Floor is so slippery with nail dust I almost fell twice! Will not return!
I walk by this nail salon at least two or three times every week, and I've always wanted to come inside and take advantage of their services. They are always so busy, so I have not. Today I decided to walk inside, grab a brochure, check out their gel colors and ask some questions, in which I did. I was finished looking at the gel colors and decided to use the restroom with my baby in a stroller. Apparently, it is not okay to use the restroom if you don't have an appointment! A nail tech approached me in a room full of customers and told me that if I don't have an appointment, I cannot use the restroom. I was utterly and totally embarrassed and will NEVER return to the salon in my life. I cannot believe a potential customer would be treated this way. Bad customer service IMHO but after looking at the reviews of this salon, I guess this is normal to disrespect guests & give bad service. If you want an OK mani or pedi, come here LOL I am still appalled & flabbergasted. Wow... SMH
Anna is by far the most consistent nail artist I've ever had. She's clean and fast and the quality is always spot on.
I get an acrylic fill with a soft pink gel.
They look like my natural nails!
I've never had any nails break or lifting on the sides. Her fills are seamless!
