I have been a very satisfied customer for the last 4 years now. I posted a review 3 years ago on another site and I am still happy with the service, cleanliness, and Hang, the owner. Because Hang uses quality products, I have never gotten any 'green fungus' under my fill, something I got in CA all the time. If I break a nail, I can usually get in right away. Hang and her staff are friendly and have been very helpful to my needs. I'm a senior citizen.
Not sure how this salon is even in business, wish I saw the Yelp reviews before making an appointment here. Google reviews are fake and not reliable obviously.
I made an appointment to take my 9yr old daughter and 5yr old niece to get thier nails painted and after waiting 30 minutes decided to leave and not give them our business. They doubled booked appointments and took the 2 ladies that came in 10 minutes after us first to get pedicures done. We were thier for our appointment first and it would of only taken 10-15 minutes to paint the girls nails, but instead took the ladies who came in after us, probably because they were going to make more money doing the pedicures. Not a good business decision because we won't ever be back and now they are getting a bad review. Not a good look.
I am currently getting a pedicure here. My appointment was at 10am for a pedicure and gel manicure. 56 min in and my toes are still not painted and my nails have not been touched. That said the place is dirty. I'm not sure the equipment is actually being sanitized properly. And the music they are play is explicit multi-songs have said the F word. Not a place you would want to bring your kids if your concerned about them being exposed to explicit music.
Went here for a pedicure before my son's wedding. Terrible! I'm now looking for new closed toe shoes!
We got in at our appt time. We were the only people there and both got a basic pedicure (my friend got gel polish) we were there 1.5 hours and they did not even put lotion on...no massage...mine was $32 without tip. My friend paid $53! No lotion/massage. Two days later my feet are rougher than when I went in. Sad. Waste of money. Not going back :0(
