So weird reading some of the other reviews because my experience was totally positive. She answered immediately and I was able to schedule my appointment for a hair cut and lowlights the next week. The salon is really pretty and Michelle was great, friendly and professional and definitely knows hair and also skin care. The results were better than I had even hoped for. She has another salon in Bellevue where I will be moving soon and I will definitely be coming back to her for hair and other services.

I also bought a groupon but I'm not sure about what others are saying. Michelle was amazing and down to earth, my hair looked great. I will definitely be going back!

Gave 1 star to this business because it's impossible give zero. Do not waist your time and money here. My experience with this business was also through Groupon. They catch your eyes by the great deal but after purchase it the bad customer treatment starts. The owner seems to not care about her business, since I had to call the number the whole day to finally receive a call back on the next day and setting the appointment for 3 weeks a head. The main reason I was getting the hair done was because I had a nice occasion to go and wanted to make sure that I would not need to loose so much time with my hair. Since I live close to the place I drove by few times to see if you could get I hold of the hairstylist and talk for few minutes on how I would like my hair done, like I did in my wedding, however, it was always closed. I decided to wait and go on the scheduled day. After living work I went home for few minutes and later arrives at the salon 10 minutes earlier. I parked my car right in front of it, but it was still closed. I waited until 4PM and nothing changed. I decided to call the number to confirm and the Owner informed me she called me twice at 8 AM to reschedule my appointment! Strangely I had my phone the whole day with me a no call was received, and that's what I told her. Then she came up saying she was involved in a car accident (Wich I don't believe it really happened, due to the other reviews here posted) but it was enough to stop my arguments. I was very disappointed. She ruined my plans when everything she had to do was to inform me few days earlier that she wouldn't be able to assist me. Well she just didn't care. Luckily the customer service from Groupon was very helpful and helped me to have my money back. Conclusion: Always read the reviews before purchasing something that looks too good to be real!

Currently sobbing because I have purple hair instead of blonde and an interview in the morning. The owner said the purple would fade after a couple washes and she put it on so it wouldn't be brassy. The purple hasn't faded at all. She said they'd fix it, but I just wanted the refund because I didn't trust them enough to come in. The conversation ended with her refusing any refund and her scolding me for wasting 4 hours of their time yesterday and for being "rude" for going back to asking for a refund instead of coming in. I fully regret going here. I've never even left a review before. Don't waste your time unless you want bad service and splotchy purple hair.

Horrible customer service!!! I got a groupon for the service and really hope I get a refund!
