Seymour's Northtowne Salon in Bellevue, WA

Terrific salon. Lee Lao is my hairdresser, although the other two there are her equals. Each have excellent experience and skills, are professional and quite efficient. Lee, Judy and RJ are good at working in or taking walk-ins fairly soon. Scheduling in an appointment can be within a week or same day sometimes. Lee is my girl there. Pricing and time per treatment is spot on. This is an easy, comfortable, quick salon. Non pretentious. Parking is plentiful. QFC with a Starbucks, Subway, Silver Platters, European Shoe Repair and gas all in the same strip. Barbara 3/12/2024.

I recently moved to Bellevue, and as a busy mom of two kids, I decided to try this neighborhood salon. I'm so glad I did! RJ, the owner, has decades of hair experience, and he was able to match my previous highlights. The conversation flowed easily with him, and having grown up nearby, he shared some of the history of the area. The atmosphere of the salon is a little outdated, but it has a friendly vibe, and the stylists clearly have great skill hair skills. Thanks RJ!

Always make a stop to see Lee when I am in town and yet again she did not disappoint. Lee did a foil highlights with a great hair cut. She is willing to see the pictures that I bring in and work with me, even when I am nervous to try something new. I only trust Lee when making big changes.

Not a good experience at all, they cannot cut. I just walked in there a several days ago, waited a while. The asian woman cut my hair, at first she seemed OK. But when I asked her to fix my hair on a back, she became aggressive and told me that she knows what she is doing, and I don't need to tell her. So I waited until she finished it to see if she did what I asked. But she did not, I tried to ask her to cut the length on a back of my head a bit more, but she was unreceptive. When I got home, I noticed that top of my head was all bumpy, and I needed to go to the different place to fix it. Disappointed both with customer service and the quality of the job. Would not recommend and would not return there anymore.

Lee is phenomenal. I come all the way from West Seattle by bus & she is worth every minute of that trip. She an artist. She listens carefully & does what you want but if you want ideas, she's got great ones. She's very reasonably priced especially for Bellevue. And she does not gossip about you!
