if anyone could convince me to join a cult, it would be Jess. Not only is she extremely skilled and knowledgeable (stop heat damaging your hair, use heat protection y'all!) she's a fantastic communicator and always makes sure everyone is on the same page and I'm getting exactly what I want out of a cut or style. I'd consider myself an introvert and rarely find myself sparking conversation with strangers but Jess is so warm, inviting and easy to talk to that I would honestly come get my hair done everyday just to hangout with her. She's a gem!

I recently had the pleasure of getting my hair styled by Jess. She completely exceeded my expectations in every way possible. Let me start off by saying I have hair trauma going back almost a decade due to the loss of and subsequent change in my hair's texture/color and some recurring issues with not being listened to regarding what I wanted for my hair. So I was a little nervous coming in for my first appointment - just for a trim - with Jess. I needn't be worried. Jess was so incredibly kind, she listened to my concerns and validated my experiences, and - to no one's surprise who knows her - she did WONDERS on my hair! I have never felt so happy with a haircut in my 28 years of life! Then, just a couple months later I went for a full color and Jess DID IT AGAIN!!! Jess is fun, sweet, caring, and SO creative, she's an absolute joy to be around. It's such a good time being in her chair that I'm starting to think I need to book another appointment
