I would give it 0 stars if I could The lady I got was extremely rough with the dremmel tool burning my nails more then once. Pinching and pulling my hands by the joints very aggressively. Then talking to her coworker about my nails right in front of me. Then getting angry when I didn't want gel polish. She mistakenly put on the base then angrily removed that base she then began to argue with me, telling me that I needed to get gel and not regular polish. By the end of the visit I was in tears when I got back into the car she did a really poor job on my nails. They look like chiclets on my fingers. I am new to the area and an avid purveyor of nail salons and I will never set foot in this salon.
It's your typical nail salon, with sweet employees who work A Lot! This place was recommended to me by a friend and I've been going for over a year. They can do good designs, in a timely manner and for a decent price. They do get busy, but if you request an appointment then they give you the time you need.
Rude. Expensive. Bad service. Was making phone calls on speaker during the manicure. Rough treatment. Will not return.
In a huge hurry to get through people. Little attention to detail (nice) but not worth $30+ dollars. Not impressed!
Honestly, I have been to A LOT of nail salons in my time, and I inevitably have left disappointed. But I swear to y'all, I have never (!!!) left J Nail disappointed. I was almost in tears recently because I was SO thankful that Tina fixed a botched job from another salon on my acrylics. Tina exceeded my expectations with her attention to detail, her time, effort, and precision in shaping every nail perfectly. I am a loyal customer!
