I have been go to this supper cuts for 20 yrs. You don't really get a choise of stylists I called a head and got on a list. I'm an older woman so it's not like I have a ton of hair it went down to the middle of my neck. I had a picture of me I took last year front and side I ask if she could do that. She said yes asked me some questions, none was about washing my hair or styling it. After it was done she made a styling comment and I said I didn't have time she said "no not me you" and she did not say it respectfully. The senior price is 19.00 and she charged me 25.00, when I asked her why she said because it was such a transformation and it took her so long to cut my hair that she had to charge me extra. It's not my fault it took her almost an hour to cut my hair, she didn't wash it or style it just a short cut, from a little bit longer cut. And all I have to show for it is an awful hair cut I'm going to have to go some place else and have another stylist clean up and spend more money.
There is no management at that store, there is no number that I saw for the franchisee, or local corporate head. I wish I could say my experience was a great one like it use to be in years past. But now all I can say is I won't be back.
