Janine was my hair stylist and she was amazing. She is super sweet, and detail oriented and she made sure that every hair was aligned and in place. She was by far the best stylist I've ever had and if I could I would give her 7 stars if I could. She made sure that my hair was perfect and made sure I was happy with the hairstyle, and I am. My bangs are perfect, my hair is perfect. She is amazing

All the hair stylists at Loose Ends are so nice and professional. I used Janine and she did a great job!

Janine took the time to listen to what I wanted for hair color. I am terrible at describing it so we searched online for photos together. She saved the photos for my future appointment and was well prepared!

Typically my appointments take forever, but she seemed very efficient and my appointment was completed in a reasonable time frame. Phew! I thought it was great she fit me in last minute as I just moved to the area and my hair was a mess.

I waited nearly 8 months for a haircut after moving and was apprehensive to try someone new. I have long, thick, wavy hair and my stylist Janine tamed my mane beautifully! She is really friendly and takes the time to listen to what I wanted and recommended what would look best. I'm very happy and will definitely be back!

I have had my hair done a few times by Janine at Loose Ends and for the first time, I'm becoming a loyal hair customer. Her work is beautiful; I came in with pictures both times and she was able to give me exactly what I wanted. I dyed my hair very blonde the second time I went in and when the color wasn't quite right, she happily scheduled another appointment to make it perfect.

The atmosphere is friendly and Janine is always willing to accommodate my schedule since I work 9-5 on weekdays. Highly recommend :)

I love getting my hair done at this cozy salon. Kaylee is my gal but all the ladies here are fantastic. Tucked in downtown Eagle there are cute little shops to visit after or before you come in to get your hair done.
