I had my hair done hear a couple weeks ago by Taylor Pooley and she did an amazing job! She was super informative and helped me a ton when it came to figuring out how to keep my hair healthy. I highly recommend her!!

Taylor did my hair color & cut the first time I visited around 10/22. She did a great job! Even though she's a relatively new stylist, her work was better than more experienced stylist. I'd give her 5 stars.

After that I saw Carrie and my color was inconsistent each time. Even after reminding her I had very gray resistant roots and can only use a neutral brown on the roots she added gold, saying it was to make my hair shinier. What it did is leave a gold band that didn't match my prior color. Most recently I wanted caramel highlights and got more of a gold. Her excuse was about the way my hair lifted, not that she selected the wrong color toner and/or didn't leave it on long enough. After she couldn't get me in to fix, I decided it was time to move on. I'd give her 2 stars.

Ask for Nicole! She has been cutting and coloring my hair for years. She listens to what I am wanting done, gives good suggestions when I ask, not only very skilled but quick and efficient, plus her easy going personality helps with making it a comfortable atmosphere. Nicole is just overall the best!

I've called several times and no one answers the phone. It also seems they do not have a voicemail set up and do not book appointments online. I'm not sure how they get any business by operating this way.

Carrie butchered my hair!! It looks nothing like the picture I showed her. She gave me a heavy mullet and when I asked her to blend the severe line with the perimeter she spliced and razored my layers. Never texturize fine hair!! It's horrible, looks damaged, frizzy and split. I'm out $$ and several months to grow this mess out. NEVER RECOMMEND
