My go-to Nail shop, even with the new owners. I have been coming here for years. No appointment is required. However, sometimes you will probably have to wait if they are busy. They do it all-nail salon: cash or card. It's a relaxing nail shop. The nail shop has been updated. New techs are very friendly. Mitchell is my go-to and favorite nail tech. She has been here for years. She always helps me with my toes. As they grow curved, they tend to get ingrown. She takes it out all the time. She is a very skilled nail tech. Mitchel does regular nails, Gel X, gel, and hard gel. She can do any art design. Best laughs with her. My services are always on point.
I've never had a bad experience here and their place is always spotless and clean. When I ask for any service there, it gets done properly and it's always pleasant. Idk if the bad reviews are from bitter people or what, but It's crazy there are so many bad reviews (plus the spammed ones of course making it worse) Prices are very reasonable with a great color selection.. so go and see for yourself
This place is horrible. Beware of the rude employees. This place is filthy, and it matches the peoples attitude. If you don't wanna work with people get out of customer service. It smelled really bad inside overall and it was one of the worst experiences of my life. I only gave this five stars so it could be the top comment. Please do not go here. Rude people . !!!!!!!'!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! Treated my grandma so horribly. The nail tech pulled on her feet and smacked them because she couldn't understand what they were saying. In no world do you ever smack someone's leg or pull on them. Animals!!!!!! I would leave zero review if I could. I hope this place goes out of business.
Horrible customer service! They do not know how to treat or talk to people! How are you going to treat an elderly woman all rough just because she can't "relax" her feet?!?! You don't just pull and smack on people's feet! Would give zero stars if I could!
