I been coming to gallardos for about 10 years now I never went anywhere else to cut my hair because they know what the are doing. Ricardo is the barber I make my appointments with and always has me looking fresh, I 100% recommend this barbershop because it's clean the barbers are all friendly and of course great prices.
This place pays not attention to your haircut style, or how you want it, afterwards they blame you for it when they're the one's cutting your hair idiots, lack of costumer care!
This place is the absolute worst. No one greats you when you walk through the door. They say "walk-ins welcome" but will have you sitting down for 20-30 minutes before they mention anything to you, then will tell you the next walk-in availability is in an hour. Once you asked them about that process, they will refer you to an itty-bitty sign that tells the CUSTOMER to ask each barber individually when they are open. Absolutely ridiculous. I got to this shop at 10:50 and did not make it into a chair until 12:20 and leave until 12:50.. TWO HOURS in total. I will never, ever, be coming back here.
At first, I felt intimidated going into a barbershop as a women. However my excitement to embrace short hairstyles overcame my fears. Since then, I have tried a taper fade, low fade, and currently an undercut. I highly recommend Gallerdos Barber Shop. Ricardo is a detailed barber. He is very professional and always disinfects his equipment. I really love that I am able to try out these styles. Ricardo continues to provide a welcoming environment and his expertise as I continue to explore short styling options. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment ahead of time to save yourself time!
Horrible fucken place to go for a haircut. As soon as I got there the guy asked "you have an appointment" to which i replied "no is walk in okay" he said yes. 2 hours of ny life gone. There were 3 people giving haircuts one of them a stupid lady who took 2 hours to sweep hair probably not wanting to work, the other two just talking. Horrible establishment. Take your ass to Rich and Famous on central in montclair ca. Horrible horrible even petsmart has a lower haircut wait time. Probably better haircuts too
