Great place to get your haircut. I have really straight hair so it's not easy to find a barber that can cut and fade it well. She also shampoos and styles your hair. She is a very nice lady and has great prices, especially compared to the places I've been to in ktown or sgv. If it's your first time it might be hard to spot the building. She has parking through her small driveway in the back but you can also park on the street. The interior and her setup is very nice and clean.
For many reasons I would not recommend this place! Not only was I charged $50 for a haircut- )no hair wash). She cut my hair in Every way I told her Not to! I told her no blunt cut or V in the back - I got not only a V but uneven and choppy! I asked for my layers to go up to my chin the go to my shoulders! I asked her to just make sure my bangs were EVEN... she cut them SHORTER! I not look like a CHINA DOLL!! And then she says Cash only! Thankfully I had my friend with me . Believe me this is the short version!! DO NOT GO HERE! Plus park in her backyard that looks like a junkyard.
First off this lady is super super super sweet. Honestly cannot like think of anything bad to say about the experience and the cut she gave me was amazing. Like, you know how sometimes you'll get a haircut and you really gotta give it a couple of days to appreciate and grow to be okay with? Well this has to be the first haircut where that didn't happen. I love the cut she gave me and she really listened to everything I wanted done. Definitely coming back here when I need another cut!
Selina puts great and careful effort into her haircuts. I got a men's haircut from her, and I wasn't sure what to get exactly, so I just showed her a picture from the internet. She could tell that I wasn't sure about the length, so she asked me questions that helped both of us figure out exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely come back!
This place is great the service is wonderful. She did a wonderful job cutting my hair I love it.
